Lightweight contender Ammeth Diaz (32-11, 23 KOs) will have to wait a little bit longer for his rematch with IBF lightweight champion Miguel "Puppet" Vazquez (33-3, 13 KOs). The fight was going to take place on the 28th of September, but the fight is now being pushed back to late October in Tijuana, Mexico. Zanfer Promotions, who have Vazquez, won the IBF's purse bid with a $51,000 bid. The champion will receive 75% of that money. Vazquez previously defeated Diaz last year with a twelve round unanimous decision.
