    [1999] Mayweather vs Rigondeaux at 126lbs catch-weight.

Think how awesome that would have been?

Rigondeaux has been a 122 fighter since before he won his first Olympic gold in 2000, by then Mayweather was a 130lbs, so a 126 catch weight fight could have been possible at some point.

Now that my friends, is my dream match.

And I have no doubt, Rigondeaux puts Floyd in detention.

A dream match for sure but if lesser opponents have put Rigo on the canvas I am positive Floyd would KO Rigo, Floyd is a level above stronger, bigger, fast, accurate and his IQ is above Rigos.

          Not even close.

Comparatively, Floyd is playing chess and Rigondeaux is playing checkers. I doubt Rigo would land much on Floyd and floyd with his atheleticism and intelligence and reach advantage would let him land his shots.

Huh? What's the evidence for that. Rigo is a known P4P puncher. The size is a huge deal, but Rigo is as fast if not faster the Floyd. IQ higher? What? Rigo doesn't even need a trainer to humiliate a top 5 p4p rival.

Its impossible to decide; neither of these guys is "above" the other. I dont know who wins.

Only clear advantage is Floyd's size.

Fight ends as the 1st fight stopped due to no punches being landed

No man, Rigo's style is perfect for floyd. There's nothing Floyd wants you to do more than think. Because when it turns into a mind game, You will not beat floyd. Period.

Plus Floyd's speed and athleticism in 99 was just phenomenal. Floyd is on a different level than Rigo.
