If Wilder could tighten up his guard and work on his jab, he'd be a decent prospect.

Shame he's being matched with no-hopers/bums.

he also uses the ring a good deal. finally, i think he punches less because he doesn't have a ton of confidence in his chin. when he fought barret he said the jabs felt like CW right hands.
Who would you say is more "Ultimate supreme specimen of a man", out of the two? (not based on looks).

it's simple, he's very muscle bound and yet is extremely explosive(full of fast twitch), i think fast twitch is all he trains, everything usually is a strenght exercise with haye, so you can't expect him to have great stamina for 12 rounds, but he does have good stamina for someone so heavy and explosive

He is a little bit of a stocky guy, a little road work would definitely help him in the stamina department.

But he's made a conscious choice of training the explosiveness, which is why you'll see him doing a lot of sprints as well as explosive graft in the gym compared to normal boxing training.

Haye looks in 'beast mode' in that vid but as several posters already mentioned, it's a highlight reel of all his good moments.

And LOL at people judging Wilder from a 3 second clip! He got hit with some big shots but who knows if he was getting dominated the whole session or not.

I been saying since the first time I saw Wilder that he is so unskilled it's amazing he's had this success.

Saying that though, sparring is NOT an actual fight. So we can't take too much of that into what would really happen because Wilder has enough power to KO anyone if he touches them.

I think Wilder was the only one that looked half-decent in that little clip - which is why it was interesting to bring his name up. Maybe because he's the biggest name of the sparring partners.

But as you say, it's a short clip obviously only produced to show Fury how Haye is looking. But I wouldn't take much out of that either.

China chinned Haye eats a FLUSH right hand from Wlad...

Basically laughs it off and proceeds to stand infront of Wlad for the remainder of the fight with his hands down by his waist.

Haye eats a right hand from Wilder with 12 oz gloves while wearing head gear

And he's basically drunk for the evening... knocked out on his feet!

Now imagine that right connecting with Wlad's utterly disgraceful china.
