Is Ruslan Provodnikov Top Ranks equivalent to GBP's Matthysse?

If this is the case, if Mike Alvarado beats Ruslan, his resume isn't to far off from Danny Garcia. Id love if Mile High Mike beats Ruslan to challenge Lamont Peterson to unify the IBF/WBO titles. Even though TR and GBP have beef this would be the ultimate fantasy fight and either way Angel Garcia would get his wish of the titles staying in the U.S. I know people are high on Garcia right now but I think Alvarado would do better than Matthysse...

provodnikov was an espn fighter and sparring partner for quite some time. matthysse is a better fighter. provodnikov is a slightly bigger guy. he is built like a total truck.


id love to see them fight.
