There's a couple of ptotos but they don't exactly show much haha. They're from the twitter account of his S&C coach, Gavin MacMillan, who runs Sport Science Lab out in California.

Gavin is the new conditioning coach for the Wild Card, and works closely with Provodnikov and Shiming, and now is working with Cotto. He's legit, and a completely different type of trainer/personality compared to Ariza.

That's probably him doing work with Gavin. I actually have the Aqua-Kinetic workout DVD from SSL, which is likely what Cotto is doing here, it's no joke.
