Rigo beat the better opponent but both wins are equally impressive

No. It was a brilliant performance on both parts, but RiGOD, as controversial as this will sound, is more technically sound than Floyd. The man has 2 Olympic gold medals. 6 other gold medals earned in world boxing competitions. An OUTSTANDING amateur record of 400+ fights with what, 17 losses?

Rigon wasn't some one-dimensional counter-puncher when he traveled to Ireland to face Willie Casey. Floyd's performance was more skillful than Rigon vs Donaire because there was no knock-down due to inexperience on Floyd's behalf - but I gave Alvarez 3 or 4 rounds while only I gave two rounds to Donaire

it's not controversial at all. Rigo does things that no other human being can do.

Rigo rarely creates his own offense and when he does its not very well thought out and even reckless.

Rigo is a one-dimensional counter puncher who can't create...............Yet one of his most effective punches vs. Donaire was the lead right hook.

I was kinda feeling the same to be honest. It's close and I know training is just training but there was some things I was watching Rigo do during his training, especially with his footwork along with his accomplishments that make me think he at the special level. Too bad he getting on in age

Rigo's performance was far better, against a far better opponent. Simple.
