for starters, that's not what the TS is proposing. he's saying that a weight advantage of 50 lbs at HW is the same as a 50 lb in the weight classes, which is absurd.

miguel cotto would lose to a journeyman cruiserweight.

guillermo rigondeaux would get knocked the hell out against a LHW.

david haye can easily compete with a 250+ guy. he's the second best HW in the world.

TS is just trying to get a rise out of people.

Are you trying to tell me there's a bigger difference in size, strength, power, height, reach etc from 150-160 than 210-250. Stop it please.

Of course we are not talking a 250 Kevin Johnson obviously, we are talking a fighting machine like Klitschko.

The ****** threads are goin to come.
Haye fights in 12 days, Floyd fought 2 days ago, this thread is completely relevant.

He's on the wind up but theres something of a valid point in there, Haye does well for being a small guy in his division, in the recent vid of him with wilder, towers and wach he looked like a damn midget

I know, there's no question about that. Of course you can't compare 150-200 to 200-250.

My reply was more in relation to Floyd-GGG than weight as a whole.

But really, Floyd is a 135-140 pounder, not a 150.

im telling u its nowhere near as simple as u make it. human aren't supposed to be much heavier that 200lbs. the one that are are either unhealthy or freakish athletes. 200+ lb freakish athletes can compete with each other and definitely dominate 200lb+ fat asses. the klitchskos are definitely in at top .5 percentile when it comes to their freakish size, athleticism etc. but haye is also up there. while the height and weight matter, it doesn't matter as much as it would for a guy 10 lbs apart in a lower weight class. that's a fact. anyone who has watch boxing knows this.

That was exactly what drew me into making the thread.

Absolutely. But we are talking prime physical specimen here. As is Floyd, as is Haye, Sergio, GGG, Klitschko, Cunningham etc.

With regards to the bold, it's not a fact. Haye has an exceptionally hard punch, which means he can compete with these guys. Cunningham, a guy of similar stature, weight and height, cannot despite weighing roughly the same as Haye - both are prime specimen without an ounce of fat on them.
