Promoter pays $5,000 for a WBC belt when someone is crowned new champion

    Article 7.1 (c)

Also, Boxers' hospitalization and life insurance: $1,500

    what a joke.

Suck's for the underdog who can overcome all the odds to become a champ only to shell out 5 big ones to hold the belt. Not many boxers making over 100K a fight. Not to mention payouts on training, sparring partners, nutrients, corner, travel etc...

Angel says they had to pay money for the new belts they won, its not free. So even if you win your fight you still have to pay ****ing money for the belts? how messed up is that?
It happend to Carlos Baldomir when he upset Zab Judah

"Judah's IBF and WBA titles were not at stake since Baldomir did not pay their sanctioning fees. Baldomir's camp later claimed that neither organization had ever approached them about paying the fees. Judah lost his WBC title to Baldomir"
