Khan is not faster than Mayweather, definitely not.

He quite clearly is faster in terms of hand and foot speed. Mayweather has much better timing and defensive reflexes

The stars have lined up for Khan. He has 2 back to back matches against guys that won't be able to knock him out. First he tunes up against Alexander in a clear UD that perfectly prepares him for the Mayweather affair. He's gonna shock Floyd and Mayweather isn't going to be able to handle Khan's ferocious attack. He will get overwhelmed like Judah did and won't be able to hurt Khan with his counter shots. Khan batters him into submission late.

Khan is a little faster hand speed wise but I think Khan's best days are past him. He may be young but he's been in a lot of wars and is a bit shop worn now. Khan tends to slow down as the fight goes on too also I think Floyd physically is much stronger then him and would have a good shot at knocking Khan out...
