Took a dent no doubt, he's young and can pull it back. His fans were silent yesterday, the quietest i've seen a crowd in a big PPV.

Yes he will. He just lost to a fighter that makes everyone look bad.

He could move up and mark his territory at middleweight. Lots of good fights for him there.

There was all this talk about Mayweather needing to be humbled but I think to an extent, Saul did too. There have been bouts of petulance for a long time, even from when he first started beefing with JMM.

I do think he has had a lot handed to him easier than most due to his marketability but now he has to fall back on his talent, which I do think he has a lot of. Sure, he got shut down yesterday but he still did OK in spots, better than people will admit to.

Forget trying to be a star, work on your craft, keep improving, and let's go again.

                Absolutely.

Canelo is a very good fighter and the best at 154 not named Mayweather. He lost to the worlds best, big deal...Marquez, Mosley and other greats have been schooled just as badly. Canelo will get back on track, have a very good career and be a major star for the sport.

fans don't care about losing. ever heard of oscar de la hoya? his popularity was at its peak when he ****** and lost every big fight. basically fans are pretty ******. they keep buying floyd's fights even though he admits to ducking and cherry picking. they just don't care.

Yes. He's going to be the face of boxing, imo.

Personally, I've always found him boring. Regardless of the loss to Floyd, I wouldn't ever buy one of his PPVs.
