Jeff "Left Hook" Lacy is probably the best super middleweight in the world at the minute. His upcoming bout with Joe Calzaghe may prove this right or wrong, but I personally think he'll win it. He does have an unnecessary muscular physique, and is probably a natural middleweight rather than a super middle, but I think he's got the power and the skills to become an all time great, what do you guys think about this rising star?

Yeah I agree with that sig. I think he may well eventually be a p4p number 1.

I'm a die-hard Lacy fan, so obviously I think he's the best. But even if I wasn't a fan, I would still say that. I think Calzaghe will give him a tough fight, but "Left Hook" should pull it out. I would like to see Lacy-Kessler as well. As with Calzaghe, I think it would be a good fight, but I, once again, think Lacy would win a hard-fought battle. Then I would like to see Calzaghe-Kessler, which I think would be the most even matchup, and the most competitive fight in the division.

Agreed, he needs to lay off the weights though.

I still take Joe to beat him in a close fight. Joe brings to the table skills that Lacy hasn't seen before, Lacy will be hit hard and often with quick combinations. i think we're going to see what both men are made of.

Yep.. Canīt wait to see that fight.
I like the style of Calzaghe, but i hope Lacy will win. I really want to see the fight between who ever wins this fight, and Mikkel Kessler, and it would be annoying if Calzaghe leaves the weight division after a win.
I would respect the unified champ, who ever it would be.
