Let that sink in. He dominated a super middleweight with relative ease. I know youre hurt Canelo was shut out but he held hid own as funny as that sounds. Canelo will go on to do great things.
Really 146 huh and how do you know that?

Oh from Floyd ah yes the same guy that said he wants to clean up boxing blah blah and makes opponents drop down in weight because fair is fair. Also boxers never lie right you know remember when Tyson said he broke him back after his ko1 of Etienne. Yep we should always believe exactly what the fighters say because they never exaggerate. If Floyd stepped on the scale in front of the world that's one thing but he could've told Showtime he weighed 138lbs and in reality where's the proof?

The point is not Floyd lying about his weight to make himself seem like he did something better its that he had chances and couldn't finish the other guy. When the last KO win happened because he cheap shotted a guy that had his hands down (admittedly after floyd was fouled) it hardly speaks of finishing ability.

At the official weigh-in, Floyd and Canelo were close to the same weight, 150.5 pounds to 152 pounds. They looked close to the same size in the ring, except Floyd has a reach advantage.
wasnt it talked about that Floyd got in the ring at 150...and Canelo at 165?

Why are you comparing Floyd in his 5th division to SRL in his 2nd, Secondly same day weigh-ins back then make the complexities completely different(None of this hurr durr 20 pounds of fluid overnight junk), thirdly(Tied to the previous points) it is a bit much to expect him to hurt Alvarez when he's outweighed by 15 pounds.

He can't have that much trouble finishing if he's 45-0. His KO ratio below WW was quality. He's only ko'd 2 WW's if I remember rightly. He's a small welterweight and he has used his intelligence to beat guys naturally bigger than him

Floyd has finished only 2 of his last 10 opponents. He beats the crap out of them all, but he's not much of a finisher in this division.

He does beat people the most comprehensive way you can without knocking them out.

I don't think he could have hit Canelo much more flush than he did.

i have to agree floyd has really pulled back on his offense he used to light guys like alvarez up.

he did stand in front of alvarez majority of the fight but since alvarez didn't bum rush him the action was stalled
