Well of course. But Cotto's a veteran and one of the better fighters of the era. Canelo's a rising star who is 23 and hasn't been in with anywhere near the level of competition.

About the same, really. But people tend to grossly exaggerate just how well Cotto performed in his fight with Mayweather. So few expected him to even put up a decent fight that when he exceeded the expectations, people started seeing more than what was actually happening.
