Haha. CJ Ross needs to never judge again. Easy win for Money. Canelo looked horrible tonight.Last edited by Zeus Molecules; 09-15-2013, 12:54 AM.

It's a shame one judge ruined it by his terrible 117-111. The crooked bastard should be banned from boxing it was never that wide.

For all the people who think he'd lose to the other great champions in history (from his weight): you don't know what you're talking about.
Guys like Leonard or Duran would be good for a few rounds, but like every fighter who goes up against Mayweather, most of their punches would bounce off of shoulders and gloves. He'd make them miss, and make them pay. Too much variety, too much defense, and too much accuracy. It's more of those things than just speed; speed is what the default to regurgitating.
That said, Canelo should be able to bounce back. He's very young, and we saw tonight that he's technically sound. He had a decent strategy of aiming for the chest of Mayweather, but Floyd simply didn't present him with much of a target. Had the fight not been at a catch-weight, Canelo's chances may have improved, but again, he should shrug this off and move forward.
As an aside: The only fighter who had a real shot was Miguel Cotto, but he was borderline washed up by that point.
