    'Mighty' Mike Arnaoutis Fans?

Im a fan and i hope he goes on to do big things.Personally I dont really think he needs to step up his opposition just yet, maybe wait until his 19th/20th fight for that(hes currently at 16W (8 ko's) | L 0 | D 2 | Total 18 ).I think theyre moving him along well.He fought today and won by first round KO.This is his second 1st round KO and second fight since that tough UD he won a while back.He beat 2 undefeated guys, one had 14 wins the other had 12,and he stopped them both by first round KO,so i think he's making good progress.

I know he was calling out cotto a while back(lol) but he still has a ways to go b4 those kinds of fight, what do you guys think?

i'm big on Mighty Mike myself, I think that he is a good fighter and he possess tremndous skills with ring generalship.

i would say that he is close to being ready for the bigger fights, but not there yet. he should get a couple of more fights in him, like 2 or 3.

for someone who was considered a feather fist he sure has had some pop on his punches lately. when he sits down on his shots he has good power, but a lot of the time he is moving.

his fight with Juan Urango was a great fight, I actually thought that he was robbed in that fight, but both gave a good effort, so I didn't see a draw being all that bad.

Urango his a heavy hitter and Mighty took his shots like nothing, and he stunned Urango a few times as well..... it's a great match, watch it if you haven't seen it yet.

I'm willing to bet that he will be world champ soon, if not this year than most definatly next year.

    Go Mighty Mike!!!!!

Im gonna sound like an idiot for this but...I had NO IDEA he had fought Juan Urango whom Ive heard a lot of regarding his powerpunching.Mike has more good experience under his belt than I realized! Thanks for that bit of info DD...i feel dumb for not knowing that tho I'll definetly have to get a copy of that fight!

** Arnoutis's on record as saying he expects a title shot soon. He definitely needs to fight a name contender in his next fight to do that.

Can we say Floyd moved up to 147 to avoid the upcoming, quick, fast paced young guns? Sure looks bad since he really hasn't challenged anyone at 140-147 other than Gatti, and he did his best to ***** that deal before they ever stepped into the ring.

theres an interview on b-talk with mike, but its members only so I dont know what it says, except i guess he's calling out cotto again.

"Matt Goldstein caught up with Mike Arnaoutis after his impressive first round TKO victory over Marc Thompson. Check out what he had to say about his big win and what his plans are for the future as he looks forward to a future showdown with WBO jr. welterweight champion Miguel Cotto."

I think he can beat cotto with a few more fights under his belt, he is far from feather fisted, he has knocked out in the first few rounds some credible guys. he beat juan urango's ass but got a draw because urango was the shobox prospect at the time. this kid can kayo you in the first round or box your ears off, plus ive seen him get hit flush with good shots and it didn't faze him. 5 more fights and i say he knocks cotto the **** out
