    Are the weight classes below heavyweight too low?

    I mean how many male adults above 5'6 do you know that are 140 pounds lol, even 150. Man looking at Lucas and Danny they both looked like skin and bone, now I understand why boxers like to avoid lifting weights I don't think weights impede performance like people say (that's broscience imo) but adding any kind of weight, even muscle, must be a drag for folk at the lower weights .

        The entire premise of weight in boxing , is to be as big as you can be at your lightest weight , the idea is to be the bigger man in the fight , that's why they push to make lighter divisions so they are monsters when rehydrated ,

        Then you got to balance power and speed with what most suits your style of fighting , and power and speed can be manipulated at different weights , and where sweet spot falls in all is your best fighting weight , well that's the rule of thumb in all forms of combat , man or beast .
