The people saying about how Oscar will pay his fines are deluded, if that is the case then why didn't Oscar just pay the fines for his fight against Pac and not come in like a zombie?

Oscar wanted to come in at 145 or so because he was fantasizing about his prime days where he was fast and more impressive when he fought below 150. He went on a long diet, depleted himself of energy etc. That was a huge mistake on his part.
