jesus the intelligence level of this site decreases as it gets bigger. morales won the first fight in a CLOSE but COMPETITIVE FOTY and most ring side observers had him winning the second fight as well.

I had the same scores as you oldgringo. Once I scored the second fight 116-112 for Morales, but usually i get 115-113. It totally depends on the scorer. These fights were very close, and boxing is such a subjective sport.

It's like Hagler-Leonard...its split 50/50.

If you want a **** decision - look at DLH vs Trinidad. I watched that about 2 hours ago...and my god. It gets worse everytime. I had DLH winning 8-4, and the closest I see it being- not finding ANY way to give any more to Tito is 7-5.

The third fight was clearly Barrera's though.

IMHO they have 3 close fights and I think any given day one can beat the other ...

to me its not settled who is better than the other, there are arguments for both side that we can consider, but if ever they will fight again i am for Erik ...
