I think they worked well together, Ruiz needed someone to at least try and put some fire in to him.

Seriously Roys trainer Alton... He never gives advice, just gives him water and wipes his face.

Anyone else feel that chavez Sr training his son is going to be a disaster? Not because Sr would be a bad trainer but because Sr will be strict and given that Jr is a spoiled brat and catches tantrums when things don't go his way, it will make for a strained fighter/trainer relationship.

                Amir Khan and Jorge Rubio.

First fight Rubio suggests for the weak-chin of Khan, Prescott.

                  Who else?
At the moment, I don't like the Khan/Virgil Hunter connection. They haven't been together long though so the jury is still out. I just don't like Khan's offense with Hunter and the defensive improvements haven't been remarkable. In my opinion, Khan's offense is what set him apart from other fighters and it's limited under Hunter.

Rudy Perez passed away from cancer not to long ago... RIP, but yeah he would have been a great option for jr. Imagine if he could have transformed him into the boxer/puncher Barrera was?
