    That's ******.

To be involved in all out war before a main event like this.

That's what Canelo needs.. a broken rib, or orbital bone before the biggest fight in his life... that's all anyone needs, to be beat up before they actually fight.

I know you're a trainer and swing your e-**** around on what you know... but I disagree with this. I mean at certain times it's good to train with full speed so you can get your timing down, but full power in sparring before a fight is ******.

The catchweight means nothing. I give him credit for beating Cotto's ass and for putting on a vintage performance against a done Margarito.

The Cotto win was great. The Marg win was just cannon fodder. When you are the guy that brings in the money, you can demand anything you want.

Reed, I have never been in a training camp where it's not done...LOL

How else are you supposed to train for a fight? So you go half speed, then you get into the real thing and your shocked because of the speed and power of your opponent?

Normally, we cut hard sparring off about 1 to 2 weeks before the actual fight and try and use headgear with full face bars to prevent cuts, but you HAVE to go full speed in sparring or how else are you going to learn to box?

This baffles me you would say this, BTW I don't swing my e-**** around. If you don't like the fact I'm a trainer, then sorry man. I'm not pushing my views on anyone, and don't think I'm the end all of boxing. It's just that going full speed in sparring is something every fighter has to do to prepare for a fight.

My man fuzzy slippers told me that fake conan look a like Floyds been rolling with dropped Floyd 3 times in sparring and he wasn't even a sparring partner just an angry ginger.

All those other reports of Canelo hurting and sending to the hospital his sparring partners. And now you have an actual sparring partner saying that he doesn't hit that hard.

I said I can see full speed, to get your timing down. But 100% power, literally trying to knock the guy out that has an upcoming fight.

Full speed I agree with, you need your timing, that is essential... full power I disagree with, Im not saying they should be titty slapping each other, but trying to break a guys chin when his fight is in 10 days, is ******ed.

Like I said, maybe not 10 days out but yes, you HAVE to go full power full speed. It's like not going full speed in football, if you don't go full pads, full tackling, then you won't be ready for the real games.

That is why you use 16oz gloves and head gear, to protect your fighters as much as you can. All you have to do is youtube Mike Tyson sparring and you can see he's knocking dudes out left and right...lol

He's also been knocked out in sparring. Many fighters have. I been dropped a few times myself sparring, it's part of the game.

Yeah yeah yeah, we can squash the speed.. .as Ive already stated twice, I agree with the speed.

I understand wanting to feel the power to get you ready, however 1-2 weeks before fighting I dont like at all.

I assumed by this guys comments being literally 4 days before the fight that this just happened, which is why I commented about it being ****** so close to fight week... nobody should be going 100% right now.

Dargan has been in camps for many of Floyd's opponents for defense similar to Floyd.
