Ricky Hatton’s former trainer has been thinking about the fight a lot in recent weeks. He studied Mayweather for years ahead of Hatton’s December 2007 10th-round TKO loss to the American and has followed Alvarez’s career from the get-go, so he is the man to ask if you want some insight into the clash, which is being shown live on BoxNation here in the U.K. [Click Here To Read More]
The fact that this is an article about MAYWEATHER yet it has only garnished 20+ comments this deep into the day tell's me ALL i need to know about this site. It's really disgusting. Here we have an analyst with sense in his head and proper knowledge of the sport telling it how it is and dispels some of the most important rumors/lies being spread about Mayweather, and suddenly.... NO POSTS FROM THE SLEW OF RACIST HATERS WHO ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY.

The all mighty Pacquiao biased/racist fans who hate Mayweather and leave hate messages anytime an article is posted about him have gone silent... But why?? Simply because you cannot deny facts and the truth. The truth is you all are haters and 95% of your arguments about Mayweather have been dispelled in what you just read. Mayweather haters even overload the comments section with hate on the articles that are not even about Mayweather.

Based of this fact I have all the proof i need to back my theory that this website is full of a bunch of racist negro hating posters. All i hear about is how good Pacquio and Canelo are and how scared/shady/fraud Mayweather is + how **** Broner is. When is BOXING going to become the important facet in how we judge these athletes? When did your personality become part of your athletic ability or your accomplishments in a sport?

For all your haters that are Jealous that either your fav fighter or one of your racial preference is NOT the best in the world.. take this in... BOXING HAS BEEN ON THE DECLINE FOR THE PAST BIT AS THE HEAVYWEIGHT SCENE HAS BECOME NEAR OBSOLETE WITH SNOOZER NAMES LIKE KLITCHKO BEING AT THE TOP. MEANWHILE, MMA GREW INTO THE NEW COMBAT SPORT OF CHOICE FOR MANY. DURING THIS PERIOD FLOYD JOY MAYWEATHER HAS BEEN THE LONE LIGHT KEEPING BOXING SHINING. THE LONE LIGHT. THERE ARE NO LIGHT HEAVYS, CRUISERS, EVEN MIDDLEWEIGHTS WITH BOTH THE TALENT AND SWAGGAR/PERSONALITY TO TURN INTO MEGA DRAWS AS FLOYD HAS AND YOU HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND RESPECT THAT. HEAVYWEIGHT, MIDDLEWEIGHT, WELTERWEIGHT AND LIGHTWEIGHT ARE THE GOLDEN CLASSES OF BOXING AND OUT OF THEM ALL, ONLY THE WELTERWEIGHT DIVISION HAS BEEN A CONSTANT HOT TOPIC FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. REASON BEING? THAT'S WHERE THE ONLY GLOBAL STARS OF BOXING HAS BEEN KICKING HIS FEET UP. IF THERE WAS NO MAYWEATHER TO PLAY VILLAIN TO THE HATERS AND HERO TO THE REAL PUGILISTIC FANS, BOXING WOULD NOT BE AS ALIVE AS IT IS AT THE MOMENT!. It is now picking up again with many big matches being made and all the young fighters on the rise with amazing talent starting to surface.

Y'all haters can take that "Money" to the bank and cash it. May vs Canelo IS on the 14th, May has his hardest test IMO and a lot of May fans are not giving Canelo his just dues. More than anything, his "smarts" worry me, Canelo is no slouch and is a very smart and tactical fighter. This fight is going to be good, not one sided. Although i expect May to win, i do expect him to get touched, roughed up, bloodied etc. But i would not at all be surprised if it ends up being a one sided spanking as Money has proven to us many a time that no matter the calibur of the opponent, he is still a few notches above them. Will this be the case for a 36 yr old Money against a 23 yr old Canelo?? I can't say, but i do think Mayweather gunna win and possibly stop Canelo late if he does not injure his right hand AGAIN as we are very used.

Here's a toast to the douche-bags for keepin **** interesting tho

          Take JR vs ODH

Jr threw lots of punches, quick as greased lightning

          but

ODH BLOCKED most of them,, I have been studying the tape. When Jr jumped in in the first half of the fight with his left hook , ODH's right glove came up and blocked it, but , he countered with his own left hook to JR's body.

Where punches looked like they landed on ODH , they didn't

          therefore

the REAL truth is JR GOT WHUPPED by ODH

          ODH was ROBBED

Canelo will Counter an older JR with vicious shots to the body, I think JR will come to his END

          3 MORE DAYS to JR's END !!!!!!!!!!

That's weird I've watch that fight 100 times same way and saw Hoya landing punches on floyd shoulder and gloves while the announcers were sucking him off he was landing nothing..I agree it was a rip off it should have been unanimous for floyd...funny thing he had weight advantage and chose everything all his terms and still loss

Good words from billy article made a lot of sense it's a shame him and Ricky couldn't finish together be talks about how Floyd ties up his opponents on the inside and punishes you but I think deep inside he's pissed that joe Cortez wouldn't let Ricky fight his fight he was a little too involved there not sayi g Ricky would've won but Floyd was way uncomfortable when Ricky was pressuring him them first four rounds befor Cortez penalized Ricky.

It is funny how this article only has 3 pages but a Mayweather article talking about Arum is up to like 11 pages. I think Graham made solid points. I can't say this enough. Canelo is not be taken lightly. I expect Mayweather to win, but he's either going to get hurt like he's never been hurt before, or be constant danger during the fight. A Canelo victory or KO/TKO wouldn't be shocking to me.
