Real boxing fans been knew this

Its just that Floyd realizes that hes an idiot when he says hes an ATG and he can't believe that lie anymore

I rank Calzaghe ahead of Floyd. Not only does he have more wins, he became undisputed champion at 168 and never ducked nobody and wasn't afraid to leave him hometown to fight the best.

Damn it, PacBoy and CheckHooks are going to LOVE this thread. They might even save it to their favorites list

Anyways, how much dumb **** can one man say? I'm a Floyd fan but sorry this statement was idiotic even if it was done in sarcasm. Why give your opponents more ammo to criticize you with? Floyd needs to shut up and just fight, and let others do the talking for him.

After Lucas destroys danny Mayweather can handpick him and that will be fine with me. Mayweather opponent in may 2014? Only 4 possible choices really: Lucas Matthysse, Khan-Alexander winner, Canelo rematch, or Tim Bradley if he goes to GBP. I'd watch Floyd against any of those but am hoping there's no Canelo rematch cuz that would mean he gets robbed on 9-14

if he fights Garcia because he beats Matthyse, then he's fighting the better man

Floyd didn't fight Cotto the way he did to entertain fans.... wake up, use your head! Floyd nearly guessed wrong, just as he almost guessed wrong with a 40 year old Mosley.... Floyd wanted that "high profile" name Cotto on his resume as someone he fought, but he thought making Cotto wait more than 10 years for the fight, that Cotto was too many wars, and well past his prime, and he could skip around and win a decision over the NAME "Cotto"... what Floyd found out, is that Cotto had more fight left, than he thought he had, Cotto pulled Floyd into a street fight, and MADE Floyd fight his azz off for 12 rounds. Cotto was just enough past his prime, he couldn't turn the heat up enough to stop Floyd. That was NOT the fight Floyd was hoping for, and you remember how bloodied and bruised/marked up Floyd was, going for the sunglasses right after the fight. That's why his dad reconciled and showed up in camp, to work on his defense and get him moving and staying out of harms way... Which he ran from Guerrero in the very next fight. He'll seek to do the same with Canelo, AND he's hoping Canelo tires... If Canelo doesn't tire, Floyd is in real trouble. Oscar Dela Hoya was the only true champion he fought in his prime, and took so much of a pounding, he walked away from a $25M rematch, which says alot, when Floyd just admitted he's all about the money. He made Mosley wait 10 years, waited until he was 40 yrs old, AND NEARLY got knocked out in 2 Rounds; nearly guessed wrong! At 40 Mosley just didn't have enough to close the deal. 4, 5 years earlier, Shane would have run the table on Floyd just like Shane did to Oscar TWICE!!! Floyd has always been a weasel, and the public bought it.

There's NO Sarcasm.... Floyd jsut knows many have caught on to what makes him tick... his motivation has been about staying in Boxing as long as possible, so to make as much money as possible... manufacture an undefeated record, be controverisal, not liked, be a bad boy, all about the bling, hang out with the rappers, show off, promote your ego, talk about yourself in the 3rd person, and watch the public pay to see you get beat by a hand picked opponent. You and everyone else bought it. Floyd won't fight the best of the best in their PRIME. He gives NO rematches. Think about Marvin Hagler, Sugar Ray Leonard, Sugar Ray Robinson, Tommy Hearns, Roberto Duran, Alexis Arguello, Julio Cesar Chavez, Sr.... think of the machismo from those legends, they had war after war against the VERY BEST, in the prime... sometimes fought each other multiple times! Mosley and Oscar did the same thing; you have to hand it to those guys.... you can't put Floyd Mayweather in that crowd... Ray Leonard retired for 5 years, came back with NO tune up fight to challenge Hagler... NOBODY does that!!!! Those are HUGE BALLZ. Floyd wouldn't fight Pacquiao.... For no amount of money would Floyd in that era climbed in the right with those guys... he would have kept his weight down, so to not be pressured to man up to those legends....What is additionally sad about this, is Floyd has great talent, great skills, always in shape.... but has small ballz, lacks courage big time, doens't take a punch well, and doesn't like to get hit.... he's soft and all about the money, the bling, the mansions, the strip clubs, the manufactured "0".... he was all about the "business" which made him a lot of money, but he was never about being the best fighter, fighting the best in their prime, leaving a legacy of Legend-Status as those beforementioned. Just a weasel, you all paid for.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME.... Floyd will NEVER take on Matthysse after Garcia gets knocked out. Floyd will be ALL about the Alexander/Khan winner... he already tried to get Alexander instead of Guerrero whom he ran from for 12 rounds, but Alexander got hurt training. Floyd has already talked about how much money Floyd could make in the UK with Khan... a glass chin, shot fighter, who can't stay off the canvas these days, and has fought nobody! All Floyd is trying to do is find the softest to complete that contract with Showtime and bank $200M. He won't get Bradley, because after Pacquaio destroys Rios early, Pac will be gunning for the Bradley/Marquez winner, since both ducked a rematch with Pacquiao. This is a no brainer... I'm glad Boxing is beginning to see how Mayweather really is... he came clean and told the world he's about the money and his hand picked opponent, so long as you keep paying. LOL... what a weasel. Have Floyd go up and challenge Gennady... Leonard challenged Hagler... that's the least Floyd can do is go get Gennady, the hottest thing in the Middleweight division... that will never happen... that guy hits Waaaaaay too hard.

I agree with a lot of what you said but when you said he doesn't take a punch well I don't get that. He got rocked by Mosley but never went down and was dominating the round shortly after. He officially has been knocked down only once in 44 fights and he went down on hisown after hurting his hand in that fight. I can gree it should be two with the Judah fight but damn how is that not being able to take a punch?
