This is pretty much true. But I think Top Rank, Golden Boy, and Floyd are all to blame for the fight not happeing. But why talk about that! We have a huge fight on Saturday!

He was disappointed with his fight against Guerrero, and so were we. Floyd ran the entire fight. He knew he couldn't beat Guerrero standing in there and fight as did with Cotto. Floyd will get knocked out Saturday Night by Canelo.

Alvaerez is exceptionally faster than Ghost. And I dont mind saying He is faster than the slow handed Mayweather who fought Ghost. When Floyd fights southpaws, he has a habit of relying too much on his right hand, and it looks like a cannon that he lunges. Its very slow. Against Ortho fighters, he is noticeably faster. But Canelo has that Pacman speed. Its just that Pac throws so many that it makes his speed stand out. With Canelo he is so big and bulky, people constantly put him in a catagory of a slow, bulky, mexican brawler like Ortiz. Alvarez is fast as HELL, and he throws mortal combat punches. Few can pay attention to detail, but I know boxing.

I really hope Floyd put an end to the hype train. So far i've read that Canelo has elite defense like Pernell Whitaker and hand speed like Manny. What's next?

He looked impressive to me in that bout. It was a boxing exhibition...he showed he could box guerrerro in the center of the ring, use the corners to his advantage, defend well on the ropes... Most importantly, those rounds people give to guerrerro? Floyd was just showing Ghost he can take that roughouse stuff with ease and smother him on the inside. Those body punches Ghost was landing while they were locked up and being physical were pitty pat punches, man. Guerrerro could do nothing to Floyd... Nothing. Oh and he also proved his legs are still very much so there. Virtuoso performance. If he can top that outing Canelo doesn't have a snowball's chance in Hell.

People need to give Ghost credit. He thought he won the fight and he wasn't the only one

And you can't go by SHO stats or Compubox cuz they never give credit for when Floyd is holding and Guerrerro or Cotto was landing bodyshots. Cotto made Floyd piss blood and I wouldn't be surprised if Ghost did as well
