Nacho is as honest as it gets. All the time.

He's stating his opinion you drama queens. And he happens to know a lot of boxing. Best trainer, after all.

Not really. Nacho is a realist and he even admitted that he gave Marquez, his boxer, little chance during the training to the Mayweather fight. I doubt he would give Canelo a high chance to win if it were his fighter.

I'll give you Marquez though, the guy is bitter.

Son do you know anything about sports book? Odds like this, everyone should be unloading all their cash if they think mayweather is invincible. Clearly, lots of people betting don't think so, thus the lines are so close. Go get educated before you make ******ed comments.

Those two are, that overrated Marquez's only claim to fame was supposedly being robbed against Pac.

It'll be the biggest win in Mexican boxing history that's for sure.

You don't know anything about sports betting. The sports book job is to make money. Canelo fans are betting Canelo heavy. That's why teams with big fans bases ala the cowboys or Norte dame aren't never big under dogs. Bc the betting public bet with there hearts. The books job is to make money no matter the out come. They want the public to take Canelo. Mayweather only being a 2:1 favorite makes haters and fans think Canelo can actually win. The smart money is on Floyd but the line will hold steady Bc of canelos big fan base.

One of the few remaining boxing scholars, Nacho Beristain puts it in his own words.

"As a Mexican I would like to think that Canelo will win because it will be a historic triumphant. It will be something very valuable for Mexican boxing but I see it hard. Very difficult...very difficult because Mayweather is super defensive boxer, intelligent, fast, and honestly I don't see where the miracle can happen."
Floyd is the favorite that's fair enough but I don't see how a canelo win would be a miracle. It his way of increasing marquez's greatness ... by saying mayweather is just so so good it makes his dominant display against Marquez a sort of ... well yeah he lost but it was to floyd...

if canelo was to pull off the upset Beristan will look pretty bad
