Several years ago, Floyd Mayweather Jr. refused to face Manny Pacquiao because the Filipino superstar rejected Mayweather's demand for a random drug testing protocol. Fast forward to today, most of the top fighters are demanding some form of drug testing for sophisticated performance enhancing drugs. Even Pacquiao is taking part in a drug testing protocol for November's showdown against Brandon Rios in Macau, China.

Floyd doesn't like to be reminded, Pacquiao agreed to ALL of Floyd's demands. He agreed to random testing as frequently as he wanted it. He agreed to take 40% and let Floyd have 60% and PPV %. Floyd balked at all of that, and even Bob Arum whom I can't stand, predicted the same from Floyd. He said "with Floyd, there will always be another demand, to keep from signing to fight Pacquiao... it's his way of saying, he doesn't want to fight Manny; he's too dangerous". That was spot on. He let Shane turn 40 before he would fight him. He let Cotto have too many wars before he'd fight him, and Cotto is the same age, yet Cotto fought the best of the best, didn't wait around for Floyd, while Mayweather chose soft choices and little risk. So once he saw Cotto slow down considerably, he steps in and almost guessed wrong with Cotto. So Floyd is no pioneer. Bradley got scared thinking of fighting Marquez after his hail mary knock out of Manny. So Bradley used the PED threat. Floyd is all mouth, he's all smoke & mirrors. And what proof is there of any positive tests being hidden? A guy writing about it, without proof, and then getting exposed by others as hiding his role as a PED consultant behind the scenes.

I can do the same thing "A good source told me Muhammad Ali tested positive for PEDs, but I have no proof because the USADA is hiding the test results."
