just because people don't agree with your assessment doesn't mean there aren't any good points. Aren't you worried about Matthysse lunging in without defense at times. Sometimes even being in the air when he throws his punches. What happens when Garcia cracks him with a left hook when he does that?

Matthysse isn't going to KO or beat every fighter he faces, but stylistically he has all the advantages against Garcia. He is primed for this moment. He's going to snatch Danny's 0. Mad respect to Garcia for taking the fight even if he did hesitate. Broner's been spouting off about Matthysse. Him beating Chino could be the perfect set up for that showdown. Lucas is gonna have a coming out party this saturday. We all win just watching a can't miss fight like this.

I like how they say that a win Over khan for Garcia is nothing.
But a win over a non-roided Peterson (who barely scrapped in a win WITH drugs) is a good win lol.

Also that even though he lost to Judah and Alexander, he knocked them down so it counts like a win anyway.

I can't wait for this **** go down. NFL Football just popped off, my Yankees are still alive, Miami upset Florida on Saturday, so much going for me sports wise but this fight right here has me literally counting down the hours, fuqq the days. Lol

he doesn't need to be fleet footed or anything. HE just needs to use angles and make slight movements to take the power away from Matthysse.

Garcia does get hit a lot but I think he will catch Matthysse

No he doesn't need to be Vazquez in there with movement, but he seems downright uncomfortable anytime he's been forced to back up. Maybe he can change the angles and land shots on the inside. But everyone was heralding Peterson's inside game going into their fight and Matthysse kept him at the range he preferred. Danny isn't going to try and cut the distance, he's more than content to sit and wait for counter shot opportunities, sometimes taking one to give one. That's just not the way you need to fight a guy with fight changing power.

Maybe Garcia can show us something we've never seen from him before, but I wouldn't bet on it.
