                I was going to also say Locche but realised that he was really an Argentinean, although if italian descent. So my choice is Duilio Loi, who, in his own way, and with a different style, made a similar mark in his day to Locche. Unfortunately they are almost forgotten today by those who gush out metric tons of ooze over todays "marvels'... I also have a soft spot for Da Preem....
