Floyd gets in thier head in the ring. Not before the fight, the only fighter who I felt gave Mayweather too much respect was Marquez prior to fighting him. The whole respect thing changes the fight attitude. AS OF RIGHT NOW? I think Canelo and his team have no respect for Floyd and his team. They are going to fight their fight unless May can make Canelo think otherwise , which is what he has the ability to do. Against Cotto I noticed he didnt have such an effect. Maybe because they have had their beef going on since 2007 on the come up.

In fact i felt that May for his first time in a while showed a great amount of respect to Cotto. Trout handled Cotto and showed no respect or mercy and we seen what happened there.

This gamesmanship has been around since boxing and it's in other sports too. The way Canelo's team reacted remind of the Ortiz fight when Ellerbe went into the dressing room and asked them to rewrap his hands. Pure gamesmanship and it worked. Ortiz got frustrated and it cost him the fight.
