Those weren't prospects. Your comparing veteran fighters to 21 fight prospects which makes no sense. Some prospects struggle when they step up:

Dulorme vs. Abregu
Del Valle vs. Darchinyan
Shilakh vs. Grachev

Crawford obviously has talent and has aced every test that has been placed in front of him. So naturally people want to see him continue to step up and see if he's the real deal. Nobody is calling him the next all time great.
