Well first off Lucas got robbed completely against Zab and Devon. Second, they were fast boxers and movers. Danny is neither fast, nor a great boxer, nor has good footwork/movement. Danny is rugged and tough with a good chin. I just don't think it can hold up for 12 rounds against Lucas. Lucas could get rocked by a left hook from Danny sure so it really is anyone's fight. Thing is though I think Lucas is does not only punch harder than Danny, he is also a better boxer than Danny. Danny is undefeated but he just does not impress me whatsoever, there is nothing great or remarkable about him, including his personality.

Peterson struggled against Khan when he was juiced and even then it's debatable as the ref took 2 meaningless points away, that fight had robbery written all over it, and that was juiced Peterson And Peterson lost that fight with Lucas before he stepped in the ring, he let the hype about Lucas' comic book power get into his head and he fought shook. PLUS Matthysse is a DIRTY FIGHTER those cheeky rabbit punches had a big effect on Peterson, Lucas is very sneaky on the inside.

Man I a. Tired of these bandwagon fans. If yall knew boxing yall would know that Lucas Matthysse wont be able to just blast through Danny Garcia, especially if Danny went 12 rounds with Zab Judah. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if Danny KO's Matthysse..lol for some reason I can just picture Matthysse laying on the mat with his eyes rolled in the back of his head. To be really objective, I havent seen many of Matthysse opponents get all messed up and bloody. Its more about concussion, like getting hit with a hammer wrapped in leather and they just go down.

Judah marked up Garcia, and Matthysse is a bigger fight than Judah who fought well against Garcia, yet was afraid to show up against Khan. The bottom line... forget everybody's past fights... this is now. Matthysse has been a warrior in camp on all accounts and stories we've heard. We don't hear much out of Garcia's camp, and his dad has a big mouth, and he's not said a peep. They took way too long to sign for this fight with Matthysse; not a good sign. Matthysse will have both guns blazing, he's bigger, stronger, and a whole lot hungrier... it won't go well for Garcia.
