Is UK judging too lenient on visiting fighters?

Just saw Burns vs Beltran. If that fight was in US or many other locations in Europe the home fighter would have won by a wide margin but Burns only managed to get a draw in his hometown. Are those UK fights judged too favorably and fairly for visiting fighters or is that the sort of fairer judging that the world should try to emulate?

I did not see the fight but everything I have read makes it sound like a real robbery. Boxing Scene scored the fight 116-111 for Beltran and they said all the English commentators had Beltran winning the fight. I would say going to the UK to fight one of their champions is a good way for foreign fighters to get robbed and that's why Ward won't come to England to fight Froch. Other countries rob foreign fighters too including the USA but the UK and Germany are two of the worst offenders.

I agree, the refs should have deducted a point from Beltran for knocking Burns down

The U.K. has a bad reputation for robberies. It's no wonder Froch keeps claiming he'd beat Ward in the U.K., he already robbed Dirrell as it is.
