    I've always rated Burns and like the the old school way he was matched tough in the early part of his career, he learned a lot from his fights with Alex Arthur and also Johannsen and came back fitter and more focussed.

    There's some good wins in there as well like the results over Moses, Mitchell and especially Martinez and although Katsidis was on his way down he still needed to be beaten and Burns did it very neatly and without any dramas.

    He nearly made a mess of his last fight and that damaged his rep....but I am going to stick my neck out and say that he'll beat Beltran and that Burns is still on upward curve and might surprise a few ooubters.

    B+ at the moment and the A+ only comes if he mixes it with his fellow champions.
