The judges had decent score cardsin his last fight vs Gonzalez before he b1tch quit so I think beltran can get a fair shake.

Depends how clearly you think he is going to win.

I don't think fighters get robbed here really and more often than not the elite Americans and South Americans just don't travel here and the ones that do or more often than not 'opponents' or 'underdogs' and consequently get beat.

There is an argument that could have been made for Dirrell against Froch simply because he saw the 12 rounds and probably land the cleaner blows on Froch. But on the other hand, the referee could easily have deducted several points and eventually thrown him out for basically shitting himself and throwing himself to the floor whenever Froch was within punching range. I am glad Froch got the nod on that one.

      I never saw Bellew/Chilemba I though.

        Watch froch dirrell.

If you want to watch a hometown decision.

        Actually, watch rounds 9 - 12

Chances of a stoppage goes up in uk, referee loves to jump in, wave there hands

Well they're not going to get a balanced perspective on the decision if they only watch 4 rounds lol, but then again I wouldn't ask anyone to watch that "fight" at all.

it depends, burns was down on all uk scorecards last time, the other guy quit lmao and then got tkod

if this beltran guy is good at making other guys miss while landing his own shots, then go for bet, in reality, he needs to be clearly the boss, if he is then go for it

Burns v Beltran, why so quiet?

Why's everyone so quiet for this fight? I thought I'd get a thread up for this. This is a very good bout between a worthy champion and a decent, tough, experienced challenger. We need more fights like this, especially since this leads to bigger fights for Burns, if he wins, he could be in line for a unification or a fight with American up and comer Crawford. Who you got?

My money's on Burns via late stoppage.

There is clearly a sticky about this fight called the "discussion thread"

                    Burns decision.

There have been a few threads on it, but obviously one of the biggest fights (or cards) in history next week has overshadowed it to some degree. Still, it should be a top atmosphere.
