5 pounds in a week is EASY for a professional. He should be ready to go come saturday.

Too many variables to take into consideration to be sure of that. In most cases you are right but sometimes that is not the case. Plus we don't know when this was taken. Perhaps after a hard workout (and shower).

Remember that Oscar had made weight with Manny way before the weigh-in and said he was in great shape. So that means that Oscar's loss had nothing to do with weight. Right?

Canelo walks around as a cruiser weight, should we feel bad for him draining himself so he can fight the little guys. Fighting close to his natural weight would really be detrimental to his health. So the big cruiser tries to fight JR welters and welters so he don't get beat to bad, with Trout being the exception.

With Pacman and Floyd, they fight at or above their natural weights against natural light heavies and cruisers and still win.

The bold is absolutely true, everyone knows Mayweather cherry picks at that weight because he really doesn't belong there. Not really sure how he's able to use weight to his advantage though, he's usually the smaller guy come fight night....
