You can refuse to believe it all you want, but facts are facts. Floyd showed in the very next fight that he as his legs and can move the way he wants to. Tell us all what Cotto did so differently from everyone else that MADE Floyd stand there right in front of him rather than moving around the ring. Let me guess... the Jedi Mind Trick?

This is the kind of weak arguments these guys bring up even when Floyd wins. It's all his critics have when it comes to criticizing Floyd in the ring.

But Cotto's performance was so great that they now say that had Floyd fought a prime Cotto, he'd lose, lmao. As if Floyd didn't have a prime. I see how they move. So I'll just point to Floyds wins and losses. The argument ends there.

Meg, Matthysse clearly beat Judah and Alexander and was robbed in those fights, but Floyd clearly loses to Castillo, and they even point to the numbers when those numbers don't match up to what the fans saw.

Ya know why? Because he won't see that Mayweather in his fight. That Mayweather that fought Cotto was a rare Mayweather. That was a Mayweather that came to entertaintain the crowd and stood his ground, rather than his usual defensive tactic. I applaud FLoyd for that. That FLoyd won't show up for you though Canelo. How the hell is Canelo better than Cotto and he only has one win over a top ten opponent?

Cotto was a real top guy at 147 for years and won a trinket at 140. Has beaten a slew of good fighters. He May not be in his prime but had he fought Canelo instead of Trout who was too lengthy, big, for Cotto, I think Cotto would have won.

Cotto is a FAAAAAR more proven than Canelo who won his title fighting a guy who wasnt in ranked in the weight class, for a vacant title....damn that sounds familiar.

Cotto is afraid of Canelo. Won´t fight him.

Canelo is gonna be in for a rude awakening if he thinks the. Cotto was a blueprint. For beating Mayweather. Floyd clearly laid on the ropes to show his dominance with any style of fighter. Canelo should just prepare for the best Mayweather that's it. Also the fact Roger was his trainer in that fight doesn't make it any better. Floyd Sr. Was a better decision imo cause Roger is starting to show his age even with the pad work.
