I think he needs a couple more victories first. If he can beat Thurman and Guerrero, then most definitely.

Guerrero vs Karass, fighting Thurman is a step down, he needs more wins to fight someone like Guerrero or Karass. I wouldn't mind seeing it though.

I would say Thurman/Ortiz, but that's probably not gonna happen. Thurman could fight Collazo while he waits around for Broner/Maidana.

Yes. Those same wins got Guerrero the Mayweather fight. It's not like he is the #1 welterweight contender but those two wins should put him in the top ten welterweights and therefore a worthy challenger for any welterweight champion.
