It's not just saying you're not going to make weight to play mind games, THEY actually have the pay money. I don't think they just WANT to give away money to play mind games. They don't have Mayweather bank at this time to play with money.

I didn't say that Canelo should come in over the agreed weight. I was saying they should put it out there that they may not and are ok paying the penalty. I am sure he can get down to 152 no problem, but no reason to make that public. Let team Mayweather sweat it out not knowing if Canelo will say F it and come it at 154 anyway. I am sure the penalty is harsh but nothing he wouldn't recoup by having an advantage and winning the fight.
