The weight will not be an issue until the day after the fight. Then, Oscar and Team Alvarez will blame the weight as the reason that he lost (got KO'd by Floyd). Alvarez will also blame his trainer and will switch his trainer to someone like Robert Garcia for his comeback fight against the plodding, straightforward Alfredo Angulo. After a second, third and fourth comeback fight, he will start calling out the now 38-year-old, seven-years-past-his-prime, Floyd Mayweather, for a rematch. He will claim that that he was too inexperienced in the first fight (even though he has fought only one less fight than Mayweather) and wasn't trained properly. By then, Mayweather will be retired and will refuse to come out of retirement. Posters on this site will then create 100 threads claiming that the 38 or 39 year-old Mayweather is ducking the best opponent that he could ever face.

All of this because Oscar and Alvarez claim that making the weight limit will be no problem....

It was great and I'm hoping for more greatness in September. Idc what happens, just wanna see some real epic ****. From both fights! Alot of people will be tuning in. Alot! Hope it's a crazy night a Boxing!

PS I really wanna see Floyd lose but if he knocks out Canelo on some Ricky Hatton ****, I'd be real cool with that.
      Great post.

Canelo agrees to CW and its all "hes going to be drained" or "this is how what Floyd wanted to drain him"

Canelo sayd no problem with weight and "hes lying" or "he wont make"

Oscar says no problem with weight and "hes lying" or "oscar will back track after fight"

NSB "fans" are never happy especially when it comes to a Floyd opponent

Oscar was looking to cherrypick a smaller guy,,,, it backfired,,,
Manny didnt force oscar to come to 145,,, Oscar over did it, for whatever reason,,,,
Manny was a superfeather with one fight at 135, when oscar wanted to fight him at 147,, Oscar looking for a cherrypick,,,

It now gets revised: that manny made oscar come down, when that was def not the case,,,Oscar chose it
I dont remember it this way at all. I remember Larry Merchant saying it should happen and with a co-promotion it would make alot of money. Oscar was semi-retired at this point and wanted to closeout career with ****. He fought Forbes then rested when Floyd retired and Hatton said no to fight. He then wanted Cotto and cotto lost so next was Manny for a big money fight for him and his company. Even Roach said he couldnt pull trigger anymore. He was a walking corpse vs forbes and even worse for pac. It wasnt a cherrypick it was for money. If anything with Roach saying Oscar was done maybe it was a cherry pick for Pac

these guys can't decide who's fault it is
people here can't decide who to blame
and everyone is oblivious to the fact that it won't matter at all
weighing 160 won't stop Alvarez from getting shutout

"Making weight is not a problem"

Then when Canelo gets knocked out they'll make it an excuse.
