Better fighters than Canelo has been stopped by worse fighters than Floyd.

I'm not saying this is the likely option, but it certainly would not surprise me that much.

He's only dropping 1 1/2 lbs from what he weighed against Trout.

I don't know if them brittle hands of Floyd's have recovered yet for a stoppage.

          But he'll definitely be puttinginthatwork.

Even if Canelo were knocked down and out, his snake would rise and continue fighting.

I'm not talking about the extra two measly pounds. I'm talking about the fact that this guy is dropping from damn near 180 to 152 in the space of 8 weeks. That's not healthy for anyone.

And Floyd can be a good body puncher when he commits to it. I'm not sure Canelo has fought any such until this point in his career.

Yep. Floyd was so scared of getting hit and ran for most of the fight. If he actually pressed the issue, he could've easily stopped Guerrero. Horrible mismatch.

but tyson stopped sammy scaff who outweighed him by 20 pounds

He pretty much cuts that much weight everyone he fights. And you're right, it's not healthy, but many fighters do this. He's just 23 and his body can handle it, but as he ages it will be harder on his body. Having said that I don't believe Canelo can win this fight.
