Will Pacquiao be considered the greatest of this current generation over Mayweather?

Pacquiao has greater wins on his resume against Morales,Barrera, Marquez. and an impressive run at 140-147, that an 8th division champ with an impressive resume, and for the doubters, it's now also supported by Floyds standards. Which in case, Pacquiao's catchweight wins that Floyd was discrediting for nearly 3 years straight, now places Pacquiao well past Mayweather.

So can we all agree that he was the greatest of our times? i dont see anyone surpassing it either.

    Your thoughts?

Manny was on his way after the Cotto fight, but fights against washed-up / cherry picked guys like Clottey, Margarito, Mosley all did nothing for his career. Those guys were not even at the top of the welterweight class the times Pacquiao fought em. Bradley was his only young, top fighter

Also, Mayweather has finally begun taking on every top challenger after the had a BIG win. Ortiz looked legit after Berto n to turn a corner but tricked us lol. Cotto looked decent against Marg, Guerrero was #1 challenger , and now he takes on Canelo, so gotta give it up to Floyd even though he did dodge Pac

And for four years you Pacquiao fans claimed the catch weight didn't matter. Now it's the be all end all. So which one is it for the record? Does it not matter or is it the be all end all?

There was a time Manny fans had an argument but Floyds resume as of late is way better then Manny's and before that it was close,Floyd is the best of this generation

Probably not, Floyd could fall off a cliff starting against Canelo and it would be close still but Floyd is likely to do more going forward than Manny will so it will become impossible for Manny to stay ahead unless Floyd really slows down.

Easy way to solve this...they need to fight each other
Pac should just drop Slimy Bob and make the fight happen. Floyd shoul stop being such an egomaniac and make the biggest fight out there
