From what I've read here...

Pro-catchweight opinion:
- 2 lbs doesn't really do much to weaken Canelo.
- Hey, Canelo and his team offered it, so why not accept it?
- If there was no catchweight, there wouldn't even be a fight between the two.


Anti-catchweight opinion:
- Mayweather and his team are hypocrites for going against their "no-catchweight" policy that Mayweather himself used to enforce.
- 2 lbs WILL weaken Canelo.

Again, you are a simple one. Especially since you still don't get the fact that based on his very last fight that he came in at 153.5, he will not cut 2 pounds to make 152. Did it occur to you that Canelo never insulted other fighters yapping about them fighting smaller guys and then do the same thing? That's what Floyd did with Catchweights. On top of that, Canelo tried to get Williams, Kirkland, Trout and only one was available, accepted, or was not injured. Fighting smaller guys and then stepping up big does not make a fighter a hypocrite. See Floyd for the hypocrite sample.
