Hey, you're asking common sense and logic from people that have none. When Garcia survives Judah beating the crap out of him its the stuff of legends. When Matthysse catches his uppercut flush in his chin and grins back at him as if "bich pelase" then that was an underpowered flush uppercut that he took. That one didnt count!

it was a weak shot, matthysse caught at the very end of the punch as well as moved his own head to avoid much damage

      no deep impact

he did take some hard shots by soto, but also got hurt about 3 times in that fight

and to the other guy who said "we only know lucas got hurt vs soto because he said so", it was obvious he was hurt by soto, spotted it long before he said it
Lucas didn't move his head, the punch did so no he didn't catch the end of it. The gif takes a while to load on my phone so it plays in slow mo while it loads.

he did move his head, he saw the uppercut coming, it my have hit him first but in as soon as it hit him he moved with it, not to mention again, it was at the end of the punch where judah was bringing back his fist
the uppercut judah caught on cotto he followed through on alot more
vs matthysse judah brings his fist back way too early, im guessing by this point he already had respect for matthysse's power or thought a right hand was coming

here's what impactful uppercuts look like

Mathysse is a slightly better boxer than Garcia and a harder puncher. I don't see Garcia winning this fight unless he lands one of those big left hooks with his eyes closed.

I don't see Matthysse moving his head, Judah moved it ... with a very good uppercut.

Matthysse's chin is not going to be an issue in my opinion, but feinting like that, basically showing his armspawn while leaning forward is something he might want to avoid

Ps: yes, he saw the punch coming and flexed his neck muscles, but did not move his head before being hit.

Judah tested that Lucas chin and so did Alexander with a few good solid lefts.

Lucas is good acting like he is not hurt, you can tell when he pauses but he recovers well and fast.

Danny has shown a good chin but hasn't been tested as good as Lucas.

This fight is not going to distance unless it becomes a hug fest

Exactly thats why I am laughing, that gif of Lucas taking the punch when it stops and barely touches his chin is supposed to signify he took a massive Judah uppercut? I said it before his head never snapped back. I keep laughing and the punch barely touches him

Being able to take an Alexander left isn't really a good litmus test, for a fighter's durability

If he got hurt by that love tape uppercut by Zab than that means his chin is not great dude. Zab has a powerful uppercut but that wasn't even one of them, Lucas caught the punch when Zab stopped it. You guys need to find better gifs to convince us that Lucas has a chin.

That's an option. The other option is to stop listening to a crazy old man that never makes any sense. hmmm...
