Where can I watch Mayweather vs Canelo in Los Angeles?

I'm flying to LA from the UK on the 13th September. Can you recommend anywhere that will be a good spot to watch the fight. We're staying in and around Universal city area and originally looked at the cinema there but unfortunately their booking system doesn't accept payments outside the UK.

Would it be near impossible to get cinema tickets for the fight on the day?

Planning a two week trip travelling up the pacific coast to San Fran then flying to Vegas. Originally planned to travel a week earlier so we could do Vegas for the fight however friends couldn't get the time off work.

yeah, thats what I was thinking. That if you were that close that you should just go to Vegas and catch the fight week atmosphere even if you werent going to the fight. Thats what Im doing. However, if you are only going to get there a day earlier or on fight day then it might not be worth the drive anyways. Ive been to LA but never looked at any places to watch a fight

I know a joint near upper fifth street, on Stenson Avenue just down from up town mid central on the lower east side called "The Dukes Collar", go ask for a guy named "Tyler", hes knows a joint that might be showing it on tv.

Dillon's Irish Pub on Hollywood/Vine, make sure to get there early cause it will be packed. Get there early, find a good spot and go upstairs and play some pool until the telecast starts.
