Floyd has never minded fighting fighters with a lot of losses on their records. But credit to Floyd he does usually fight them when they are coming off of a win though.

But fighting guys with many losses like baldomir or SSM is not a problem for Floyd. So he will fight Pac at some point, but he will just make sure Pac is finished as a fighter but at least coming off of a win over a Mexican roadsweeper at least.

To me Sr is always hating. Every fighter they mention to him, he always has something negative to say about them. If Pacman gets battered or knocked out he is done though.

Not precisely, ask Floyd Sr. about Marquez and he'll tell you he's a hell of a fighter, he knows boxing and skills, but he sometimes goes very deep when talking about negative things of other fighters.
