Am I the only one that believes Canelo will have a short career?

You love Victor Ortiz. You need to worry about his short career first.

Ortiz retired 2 years ago. Then this guy wants to talk about short lived careers.

          totally overblown topic
Floyd doesn't have to outwork Canelo to tire him out. Floyd will safely stay at long range and land the jab downstairs, then he will throw the right hook through the middle of Canelo's solar plexus when they clinch. If Canelo doesn't KO Floyd in the early rounds, then you'll see who'll look sharper and have more energy in the late and championship rounds.

I feel like a lot of people on here have never watched him fight before the Trout fight.

            Quit exaggerating his stamina issues.
against cintron he showed crap stamina....and after the 5th round against mosley he started gassing...

I don't think his stamina is as bad as TS is making it out be.

I don't think canelo's stamina is that bad at all and floyd isn't exactly gonna be up in his face pressuring him. Seems like some dudes here just started saying Canelo has **** stamina and suddenly it has become accepted as fact.

A short career? Are you, I don't know, trolling or something? Do you even watch boxing? How do you consider someone who has over 40 fights, a candidate for having a "short" career? When his career is already longer than many fighters who have retired with less? Don't worry, i'll wait.

Canelo has a bad stamina problem,, he doesnt totally gas but he doesnt fight all 3min of each round either,,, he has been lucky in the fact that he hasnt fought anyone that can hurt him, or take him into deep waters in a tough fight,,,
Hatton, rhodes, mosely, lopez, trout,,, none have big power and most have been undersized,,,
We could gauge canelo better if he had fought paul williams, angulo, lara, rosado,, guys like that,,, we would have a much better understanding of how good canelo is,,,,,

I honestly think his career could burn very bright, but burn out is quick,, ala pavlik, taylor, lacy, vargas, meldrick taylor, sam peter,,, guys who exploded on to the scene and made themselves into a big name,, but by late 20s where pretty much done at the elite level and best days were behind them,,

I honestly think by the time canelo is 30 he will not be the biggest mexican star
