Yes, many. Back in the old days, fighter fought each other 5,6,7 times and it wasn't rare.

Jake Lamotta and Ray Robinson fought 6 times

The most famous example is probably the Robinson/LaMotta fights (6 of those), but Gene Tunney and Harry Greb also fought each other 5 times. Jack Britton and Ted "Kid" Lewis fought each other an incredible 20 times.
