Hearns by KO. Williams fought even with Martinez in the first fight and Hearns was much better than Williams. Hearns was a great boxer and a deadly puncher. Martinez could hurt Hearns if he landed his best punches but I think it's much more likely the lightning fast Hearns gets his big shots in first and ends it early.If nobody gets KOed then I think Hearns wins on points with his reach, faster hands and great left jab.
