Someone please explain to me how if Manny beats a Junior Welterweight (NOT the champion) who is coming of a loss, and Marquez beats an undefeated Welterweight (THE champion), then the WBO would mandate a rematch between Manny and JMM. Shouldn't Manny have to beat a top Welterweight first?

Some would say that sticking to your pre-fight statement IS honourable. They all said it was the last one. The one to end the saga and they would be looking to end by KO. Well it did.

Pacquiao and his team should've amended their statement to: "it's the last one....definitely. ...unless we get KTFO.....then we want a do over".
