Berto was not top 10, he was coming off a 1+ year PED suspension. You get removed from the rankings. It's not like Berto is automatic top 10, it's been proven time and time again he's not very good.

I totally think it's a dangerous fight. If Pac's chin is cracked, or he's gunshy, Rios will retire him. Even if he's all good on these, if his legs are cramping and needs to rest on the ropes, he's in trouble. Unless he can blow Rios away, which is totally possible.

Remember Rios was 160 fight night in his last fight. He'll feel better at 147. Here's Hopkins' quote:
