I called and spoke to a manager last night and he confirmed that all TW subscribers will be able to order the fight on Sept. 14!
He said that PPV is a separate entity and since we are paying they can show whatever they wish. He guaranteed me that I will be able to order the fight and they won't be any problems. Game on!
I also got a discount of 10 bucks on my bill and I now get HBO, TMC, Skinemax, and stars at no extra charge because of the inconvenience haha

Sounds like a conversation i had with a fker at sprint when he assured and near swore to me on his mom that sprint would have 4g in 3 months where i live in Jersey now a year later....... fk sprint

I called, and they offered my premiums channels (hbo, cini, starz I have show, too) for free for 2 months, and said i can order the ppv.$65 hd. No other discounts. Then my internet goes out! My modem is whacked. I've had 2 teks out here since i renewed my triple play promo late last month.

After troubleshooting at the office, they're sending a tek tomorrow with a new modem. So Here i sit bored as hell, so i fire up a steam game just to see what will happen, and viola! i have internet.

I hate twc, but their customer service has usually been good to me.
My last promo, my internet speed was a tier faster, they screwed up.

i do it all the time. last time i checked the ppv will not be carried by twc.

One consistant about twc, is they're inconsistant as hell. i always get a different story from different people that work there.

Thy offered 6 months but I or the manager to give me a whole year! So I'm paying $92 a month for hd box highest tier , HBO , TMC, starz, encoure Skinemax and Internet. Not bad if u ask me.

you get phone service with that? triple play? If so, I'm going to call them back...lol. He said only 2 months cuz they could resolve it in a week...(very unlikely) Also he said they don't give refunds to people who don't call in, friggin assholes!
